In February, a group of students from the Óscar Romerocollege travelled to Finland as part of the Europroject network. The exchange was made possible thanks to the support of the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme.
The programme focused on wellbeing, offering students the opportunity to participate in inspiring workshops led by psychologists, business professionals and other experts in physical and mental health. These sessions encouraged students to reflect on the importance of resilience, balance and healthy lifestyles.
Outside the workshops, students also experienced the remarkable Finnish winter. During their stay, temperatures dropped to as low as –30°C, conditions that even many Finns described as exceptional. Fortunately, the warmth and hospitality of the host families ensured a memorable and comfortable stay.
The exchange provided students with valuable insights into wellbeing while strengthening international friendships within the Europroject community.
